FAQ

  • How can I get started with Soundwav?

Here at Soundwav, we pride ourselves on our devotion to user experience. Our goal is to provide a new set of collaborative tools so that you can focus on what you do best. To ensure a smooth launch, we'll be rolling out in small groups of beta testers, with a public launch in the near future. To sign up as a beta tester, you can request early access here.

  • When will I receive access to the beta?

Joining the waitlist means you'll be the first to gain access to the platform. Once Soundwav becomes available to you, you'll receive an email with your beta invite.

  • Security is critical to our team. Is my work safe?

Our standard for IP security goes beyond technology. As musicians, we know the protection of creative ideas is fundamental to collaboration on the web. That's why we built Soundwav from the ground up with security in mind. Only you and those you authorize have access to your projects, and you can revoke access at any time. No one else can see your files, not even Soundwav.

  • Is Soundwav a DAW?

No, Soundwav doesn't seek to replace your music software. Instead, our platform is designed to help you share files like projects, stems, and masters, allowing you to collaborate with others in real time. As we progress, Soundwav will integrate directly with your native music software so you can collaborate without missing a beat.
